we need someone to answer the phone, log leads into google spreadsheet and respond to leads efficiently and forward any other calls to office manager.  


- speak clear English and have a professional and pleasant manner
- have a high speed internet connection
- have a phone line or voip in place to make outbound calls with
- be available to work during hours 10am - 4pm US Eastern Standard - New York

this is our first VA experience - if this works out there is much potential for expansion of job responsibilities and hours.  quickbooks / social media and more

we are a commercial kitchen company and rent out 11 kitchens to culinary entrepreneurs.  kitchens are open 24/7 and 3 shifts are available per day.

when responding please advise of method of communication in previous assignments: skype? / google? etc -  and what your preference is.
