As Product Manager you’ll oversee the development, testing, and implementation, collaborating with the CEO and cross functional teams We realize that as the product matures, grows and gains more market acceptance, your day to day will shift. p
The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and can develop, execute, and evaluate strategies for acquiring and retaining users across channels, while managing day to day management of the project. The right person has solid product management expertise in a startup product/company and perhaps came \] a development background giving them enough of the technical understanding to flourish in the role.
Day to day you will collect customer insights, manage development, recommend/prioritize/concept new features based on user behavior, develop messaging and campaigns with sales and marketing, develop customer programs that drive/test engagement/hypothesis with key features, and report on results to leadership.
Keys to success include exceptional analytical, creative, communication, writing, and interpersonal skills along with a focus on details and a drive for improvement.
Owns the strategy behind the product and its roadmap and work with engineering & UI teams to build what matters
Defines the features and requirements necessary to deliver a complete product to market, leads the product team to success
Partner with CEO/Marketing to define/refine the market position within the context of the overall product strategy
Partner with marketing teams to articulate all of the outbound tasks necessary to clearly explain the benefits of those features and translate them into customer-facing messaging
Be the lead resource for the rest of the organization when deep product expertise is required, namely sales and support
Manage day to day tactical execution to bring the product to life
Product management + UX experience

Confident speaking directly with customers
Subscription, membership, or loyalty program experience
Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
Ability to clearly communicate data insights to others
Demonstrated ability to dive deep in understanding the product, our business, and the competitive landscape
Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, as well as ability to think clearly and analytically, solve problems, and prioritize work on projects
