We are looking for someone to assist us on managing orders of Promotional Products / Merchandises within Australia businesses, as well as working in conjunction with the sales team to source products from different suppliers both local and overseas.

Tasks involved:
1. Prepare Digital mock ups
2. Logo / artwork checking
3. Raising Purchase Orders to Supplier
4. Coordinate products decoration (Screen Print, Laser Engrave, Embroidery etc.)
5. Liaise with client for artwork approval
6. Coordinate courier service when required.
7. Ensure items are delivered in accordance to order requirement and within the time frame required.

Skills Required:
1. Adobe Illustrator / Corel Draw
2. Adobe Photoshop
3. Order Management

Knowledge in promotional product industry is preferable.
