As a member of our customer service team, you will receive emails and messages from our Polish students.
We don't need high availability: you check in once or twice a day for emails/messages and reply to them. Holidays and breaks are completely fine if communicated in time.
We have our guidelines on what and how to reply to students, and your team lead always has your back if you encounter difficult customers.
We are a young, happy, enthusiastic team :), so we are looking for friendly people who fit in our culture easily.
