The Property Acquisition specialist will spend roughly 50% of their time researching internet ads for real estate properties that are for sale and meet certain requirement (no realtor listings). The rest of the time the property acquisition specialist will be calling the owners of the properties for sale to find out certain "tier one" information as well as set up follow up phone calls. Entry of this screening data into a web based CRM application will be required. Must be articulate, internet savvy and have the ability to make phone calls (google voice or skype) is fine. Additionally must be abile to communicate on a daily basis progress and status. Attention to detail and good communication skills are an absolute must. Any real estate knowledge or work in the past will be considered a plus.
