I have Hubspot for all of my marketing and communication but I use another software that can only generate xls and csv files and manage my music school business, schedules, charging, etc.
I would like to automate or upload a xls file to Google Sheets and push the data into Hubspot in a clean way ongoing.
Currently we use mail parser to get new customer data into Hubspot, then update the contacts manually or upload xls into Hubspot. This creates many duplicates and we have to spend a lot of time manually merging data.
I really do not know how to go about this without doing this manually. However I am open ideas.
