Developer needed to tweak Python code and build single-screen frontend GI for digital scales.
We're building a small museum exhibit with scales to show kids how heavy a dinosaur was compared to them. Needs simple coding for a Raspberry Pi to create a screen like the image posted.
The scales have a load sensor, which is wired through an HX711 to pins 29/31 of an R Pi 2.0.
The code for the load sensor is on GitHub (with the py file), just need a simple interface creating (and a back end functionality via usb keyboard to zero and calibrate).
Quickly coding the simply single-screen GI from should be a doddle, but we don't have any experience with Python. Probably take about an hour or two.
