We're searching for an excellent commercial grade python developer with a background in linux based systems/ sys admin to help develop some utilities and toolkits (object oriented) scripts that will be used to perform common system admin functions. The work would be largely categorised as OPSDEV.
We're looking for developers who have skills far beyond just basic script writing, have excellent pythonic coding discipline and a wide + deep knowledge of python 3 as well as established external libraries. Any experience with APscheduler would be great. Sound object oriented coding practices should be adhered to.
The applicant should be able to provide a solid portfolio and strong examples of previous work.
There will be opportunity for on-going work for those who are successful and show promise.
Other things like Django is also in the nice to have but would much prefer a strong sys admin with strong scripting/development rather than just a web-developer turned scripter.
