Looking for someone to handle most of the bookkeeping and categorization of entries in QuickBooks online (QBO) for a few small companies. The tasks will be as follows:
1.) Look at each transaction that is download from the bank or credit card account and assign it the correct category based on rules given in advance.
2.) Balance transactions with bank account online (should be easy because its based on online balance)
3.) Assign a "location field" to each transaction
4.) Receive documents on invoices, and other statements that are relevant to these transactions via OneDrive shared directory. These documents should be attached to the transaction in QuickBooks online when received
I will be available to help with the categories until it makes for sense.
I would prefer that this bookkeeping be done daily excluding weekends.
Please provide your prior experience with QBO in similar projects like these and your expectation of how long this will take.
