I need to have business transactions put into Quick Books for tax year 2010-11 and YTD and to also include 1120 tax returns for each year of financial statements. Also, certain deposits will need to include about 30 small private investor transactions for purchasing convertible debt instruments with also being able to issue Employee Stock / debt options. I need to also have included correct year end reporting documents for all persons that made an investment.
I already have the Quick Book file set up, I just need it complete with bank reconciliations as well.
Need this done asap!
