Marketing CEO seeks organized personal assistant to handle day to day tasks and to do's, manage calendar and reminders, as well as, communicate directives to other team members and freelancers. Should be able to type, do light internet research, make phone calls, schedule appointments, search flights, provide support and speak to clients on behalf of the CEO.
The #1 function of this job is to prevent the CEO from "dropping a ball". He has a very demanding schedule and must be able to keep up with all that is going on. Your job, if hired, will be to ensure that happens.
Must be able to respond to requests from the CEO, staff or clients in a very short period of time and meet tight deadlines.
Should be able to operate in both a personal and a business capacity.
Needs to be responsive and reply to requests quickly.
Should be able to manage calendars and to do lists.
Must be able to keep on both yourself and client on task.
Must be computer literate and internet savvy.
Needs to be able to manage communication between other staff members, vendors and partners.
Arrange interviews for web TV show.
Should be able to use major office applications.
Compensation based on experience.
Verifiable references preferred.
Providers with work history preferred.
