We are looking for someone to coordinate our radio guests daily. There are several steps in this process. Sending the prospective guests the introduction email, sending sample questions, coordinating segment availability and following up right before with a reminder.
You must be very organized. Great organizational skills a must.
You must have an excellent command of written and spoken English, including an understanding of business terminology. In addition, the information will be in a google doc. You must know how to use the google doc spreadsheet system.
The hours needed are 10am – 2pm, Monday through Friday.
You need to be able to speak, read, and write perfect English (native speaker preferred, but not required). You must also be familiar with the following software: Microsoft Office, Google and Skype.
