All Raxar team members are responsible for providing Raxar’s prospective and existing customers and partner’s world-class services, commitment, and attention. This role is responsible for ensuring realized value and success of delivering and integrating Raxar’s technology and services into small, medium, and large enterprise and government level customer organizations. This includes managing key customer relationships and deliverables throughout the project delivery phases; post-sales transition, project planning and requirements gathering, solution design and customization, training and go-live, support, and customer success transition.
Project Delivery Expectations & Deliverables
•During sales and/or business development process, work with sales lead and customer to scope out proposed project goals, deliverables, timelines, deliverables, level of effort, and cost.
•Prior to project kick-off, develop thorough understanding of project goals, scope, timelines and other expectations and commitments made by the Sales, Customer Success or Service Delivery teams.
•Lead stakeholder and project kick-off calls to define and confirm goals, scope, deliverables, timelines, assumptions, and risks while injecting confidence, knowledge, and comfort into customers
•Build project plan and obtain approval from all Raxar and customer project stakeholders and team members
•Assist with internal and external customer teams in gathering business and technical requirements, guide solution customization and workflow integration process, assist with technical problem solving and testing, and manage internal resources to resolve various customer issues
•Maintain regular project governance with internal and customer stakeholders for and monitoring for project risks, scope creep, budget/resource constraints, etc.
•Manage internal resources in alignment with the project budget.
•Facilitate meetings for your projects, own meeting agenda and meeting outcomes, initiate ongoing communications and follow-ups, and always send meeting minutes and/or evidence of made decisions
•Utilize effective practices to manage scope, change controls, customer expectations and timelines.
•Responsible to manage day-to-day project planning and execution, project scope, expectations and risks, and to ensure timelines are met and quality deliverables produced.
•Assist in development of project case study to justify Raxar solution value and return-on-investment
•Assist Customer Success team in transition customer to business-as-usual and understanding next steps after project has ended
Continuous Improvement Expectations & Deliverables
•Adopt and contribute to the improvement of the project delivery methodology. Help improve internal processes and systems for more efficient customer interactions. Develop repeatable and scalable processes to improve project quality and delivery.
•Share product feedback with Product and Engineering teams to help improve the product.
•Share customer feedback with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to help improve messaging and customer understanding
•Provide expert knowledge and best practices on the Raxar Solutions implementation process for new Clients and existing Clients adding products/solutions to their current program.

•Highly organized project manager with understanding of industry best practices and has significant project management experience and/or certifications (ex. PMP, CAPM, etc.)
•At least 2 years of hands-on implementation experience with web and mobile applications at a SaaS company.
•Experience with implementing and/or integrating with large organizations and their existing business processes and systems
•Relevant account and customer management experience.
•Strong analytical, creative thinking and problem solving skills.
•Excellent communication, project management and multi-tasking skills.
•Detail oriented and well organized.
•Experience with Compliance and regulatory processes – an advantage.
