We are looking for a reliable person to join our growing real estate company, and grow with us. This is a full-time position that carries a lot of responsibility, and is for the long term.

If you have the skills and qualifications listed below, you may be the ideal candidate we are looking for. Keep in mind that we intend this to be a long term relationship, so please apply only if you can commit to full-time work like you would to a regular job in the non-virtual world.

Job Description:
1. Assistant will be responsible for handling administrative responsibilities for sales lead generation.
2. Assistant will research leads created in FreedomSoft, to determine market value of subject property.
3. Assistant will determine offer price for subject property, using formula provided.
4. Assistant will update lead information in FreedomSoft.
5. Assistant will update various spreadsheet lists used for direct mail marketing.
6. Assistant will communicate directly with sales manager and/or business owner.
7. Assistant will post real estate-related entries to company’s Facebook and Twitter social media accounts.
8. Assistant will be flexible, able to take on additional tasks as needed.

Skill requirements:
1. Must have real estate experience and online ad posting.  Experience with FreedomSoft is desired.
2. Must have a reliable High speed internet connection.
3. Should have good communication skills.
4. Should have a pleasant voice with a clear accent and excellent English. Fluency in Spanish and other languages would be an added advantage.
5. Must know how to use business application software for example: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
6. Technical Skills like Google Apps ( Docs,calendar,etc)
7. You will have to use time doctor system while employed with us to track client task & hours.

Job requirements:
1. Availability 8 hours a day x 6 days a week
2. Shift schedule: 12 pm to 8 pm Central Time USA - Monday to Saturday
