Leasing company in Los Angeles is seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as an Assistant Property Manager. Our Leasing company works with very high profile properties and is seeking a candidate capable of assisting on our entire portfolio.

Looking for someone to assist with the day‐to‐day functions of the leasing department. The focus of job is to support the Property Management team in all aspects of leasing and to act as liaison between the potential tenants and the Property Management Companies.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Working with PM Software- Appfolio

Drafting Memos and/or making phone calls to Potential Tenants and Management Companies in relation to the scheduling of showings, marketing, and maintenance.

Perform all necessary functions to facilitate Tenant “Move In” and “Move Out”

Assist with "marketing" vacant units and updating market and rental rates/deposits

Drafting leases, conducting background checks, submit approvals and assist with MI tasks until executed.
