Our companies need an experienced person to help run and build our real estate businesses. Tasks involved are many including:

* Tracking and following up sales enquiries
* Organising tradespeople
* Writing and designing sales brochures and packs
* Writing and preparing legal contracts
* Researching and integrating online business systems
* Updating websites
* Maintaining databases
* Keeping the boss organised as a VA
* Potentially looking after book keeping duties
* Researching property opportunities
* Organising outsourcing contractors for logo design and artwork
* Admin duties
* Answering emails
* Must be good with MS Office products
* Many more duties as required
