I am looking for someone who will be willing to start slowly with me and grow in hours and responsibilities as the weeks progress.  If we like and are successful working together, this will be a full-time role.  At the beginning, it won't be.  

I will need you to call contacts gathered through lead generation and communicate with them in order to determine if they qualify as the type of client that I can work with. You would update the CRM, book/edit appointments, compose emails and, if you can, create marketing for me (posts, blog entries, etc).

I require someone with great phone skills and writing skills, someone who is also customer service focused. Experience working with different CRMs would be great, and someone who has experience with social media would be beneficial as well. Experience with lead generation and cold calling in real estate would be a bonus.

This work will need to be done primarily in the GMT-5 time zone (New York) Monday to Friday between 10am and 7pm. We can work out the exact times in the future.
