I'm looking for a Real Estate Virtual Assistant to help me manage emails, schedule events, and help me stay on top of all of my obligations.
- Data analysis/entry into our Database (input 10 to 15 clients & property info into our database per night)
- Research using the Internet or other information databases we use to find phone numbers, emails and addresses for homeowners.
- Activate tasks and action plans in our database once client is added.
- check our database to see if a property has been listed.
- Property searches for clients
- Put flyers togethers
- Upload and make sure our properties show up on all major websites
- Post listings & open houses on our Facebook and other internet sites we us
- Get our post cards and flyers ready for just listed, Just sold and open houses
- input listing info into our database
- Set up campaigns and action plans for our clients
- Outbound calling to clients, vendors or others if needed.
- Email management
- Other miscellaneous tasks that can be performed online
- Must be accessible, online or by phone for agreed-upon office hours
- Previous experience as a real estate administrative assistant preferred
- Broadband Internet connection
- Strong understanding of Internet and online communication tools
- Ability to multitask and take on multiple projects
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Previous experience with Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, Craigslist, Topproducer and market leader
- Strong communications skills and attention to detail a must
- References or an established reputation
