I am a real estate agent in Toronto, Canada. I am spending a lot of time on the administrative side of the business which is taking away from my ACTUAL job of lead generation, negotiating, and showing properties. I am looking for someone who is well versed in the real estate industry (preferably the Canadian/Ontario Real Estate Market), who is flexible with their schedule, who is fluent in English, and who is able to be an extension of me (right hand). I want to be able to speak with my VA via telephone because I am on the road a lot and would like dictate instruction whenever possible. Perhaps I can call you each day and let you know the tasks or projects and agreed upon completion times and dates.
Job requires and is not limited to:
-Email handling (actually the first project would be to organize my three email accounts)
-Scheduling and Calendar management
-Personal Research and Travel Arrangements
-Inputting listing information
-Inputting prospect criteria into MLS
-Management of my CRM
-Posting ads on Kijiji (Canadian Craigslist), Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
-Research for blog and other postings
-Communication such as online chat
