- We need someone who are very fast on the keyboard and use Excel wisely. The freelancer will have to take information from real estate document such as mortgage, land registry office, sales etc...
- Most of the document will be in french so you don't have to be fully bilingual but at least able to understand a minimum of comprehension of the real estate business in french
- With the name of an owner and the address of the property you’ll have to find all information that could be useful to reach him such as his phone number, email address, his residence address, his job location, any people who could know how to reach him etc… This will be an ongoing job that needs to be preformed quickly
- The freelancer will have to be creative, smart and learn fast
- Please let me know if you have already done research like this, also work for recovery companies and which tool you have access in Canada for reach those people.
