360 Agile Talent is growing our Talent Community and looking for a strong recruiter who is knowledgeable about recruiting and can identify talent and schedule interviews with pre-qualified candidates with our Senior recruiters.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a full desk recruiter in a professional services or consulting firm with a passion for finding and recruiting top talent.
The Talent Advisor is an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team and critical to engaging professionals to be a part of the 360 AgileTalent team. They manage all facets of the recruiting process from opportunity identification to candidate sourcing, engagement and hire. This individual is a servant leader, self-driven, and excels at serving the needs of all stakeholders.
-Identify top-level talent through aggressive sourcing methods which include internet research, networking, direct sourcing, employee referrals, advertisements, career events, associations, and other sources as needed.
-Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
-Work in SCRUM based Sprints to demonstrated progress against goals and show WIP for key team members and stakeholders
-A minimum of one year of relevant work experience, a desire to learn and grow, and extremely high business acumen
-Strong time management, planning, communication, organizational skills, and strong attention to detail
-Resiliency and flexibility in a fast-paced, project-based consulting environment
-Intellectual curiosity and the ingenuity needed to quickly activate on projects across numerous industry sectors and client business models
