I'm looking for an experienced recruiter in the US. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus!
You will be making phone calls to local real estate agents, introducing our real estate company, explaining benefits of switching and setting up appointments for an interview. You will follow up with them prior to appointment to confirm the times/dates.
You will be paid hourly and bonus $ per recruit.
Must have excellent english writing/speaking skiils, able to engage people in the conversation, able to create and share notes on potential agents, communicate with me on daily basis with updates, create some data sheet with lead info, notes, status, appointment, etc. You will be putting all appointments on the google calendar that will be shared with me. I currently use evernote so if you use that, it would be great to share notes.
I want someone with great selling skills with real estate background if possible. Hope to hear from you!
