I am currently seeking expertise in recruiting to help mass recruiting employees for a fortune 600 life insurance company.
- Must have access to resources to generate prospective applicants for vacant positions
Work to be done:
- Schedule interviews with the candidates shortlisted on internet sites
- Must schedule minimum 200 interviews weekly with 40% show ratio
- Need to hire 15 employees in New York City,US and nearby areas by 28th of December, 2017
- Assist in hiring customer representatives/life insurance agents to answer inquiries and provide information about goods & services (further information on the job scope will be provided to recruiter during the interview phase)
- Expertise in recruiting
- Fluent English including excellent writing, grammar, spelling and formatting
- A work style that is extremely detail oriented
- Strong communication skills
Note: Looking to hire 2-3 solid recruiters. Open to agencies providing recruiting services.
