My company, Blue Harbors, is looking to hire a recruiting manager to help us identify, contact and keep in touch with talented SAP consultants. Here are the requirements:
- Exceptional Written and Verbal Communication Skills (Native English Speaking a must!)
- Ability & willingness to make calls to strangers throughout the day
- Attention to detail in documentation processes
- Generally likeable personality (we want everyone we call to want to work with Blue Harbors because they like the idea of working with you)
It's not necessary that the recruiting manager have an understanding of SAP. We will provide all information needed to get started, but eventually, we would like the person we hire to take ownership of the recruiting process and improve upon it as we go.
This position will initially be part time (20hrs / week), however, we would love to work with someone who is potentially interested in full time work down the road, assuming we're both interested.
