I need someone who can hire the best people available for my marketing agency.
We currently have 4 great clients, these are eCom stores making anywhere between US$20-200k/month in revenue.
As their marketing partners, we help these stores bring 50-70% of their revenue using Facebook/Google ads.
For now, I'm the person doing most of the work, but as we scale, it gets harder and harder to give enough attention to all of our clients and still grow the agency.
That's where I need your help!
I have a pretty good picture in my mind of how my dream team looks like:
- Paid Advertising Specialist, this is the person that will deliver most of the service to the clients, and the person that will replace me on most of the tasks, this person is great at launching and managing campaigns on Facebook/Google, and has worked with multiple eCom brands and spent millions on ads
- Sales Specialist, this person will be in charge of reaching out to new prospects and following up with current ones. This person is much more experienced in sales than me and will be only focused on bringing new clients to the agency
- Executive Assistant, this person will be in charge of helping me out with a bunch of business and personal tasks, to free up some more of my time and help me focus on growing the business
All of these positions will start as part-time and, as the agency grows, develop into full-time positions.
It might be relevant to mention that we already have a Creative Specialist and a Google Ads Specialist.
My goal is to create a small but very strong team and because I'm not a hiring expert I do need your help!
