Recruiting pipeline design and implementation for sales team

We are looking to design a recruiting and interview scheduling pipeline for our sales team. We take care of the life insurance for police, firefighters, and other high risk occupations through their unions/associations. As a rough idea, we are looking to generate a landing page with a brief video describing our company and the positions available, as well as a feature that allows candidates to schedule an interview directly onto our calendars. We are wide open to any and all other ideas, as the overall objective is to be able to generate 8+ hires per month (hire = said yes, passed state exam, assigned agent number, and made first sale).
