We are a rapidly growing recruitment firm that specializes in finding mechanics and connecting them with great jobs. On this project, you will:
1. Source candidates on all social media as well as through general boolean searches online.
2. Compile basic information about each candidate (Name, Current Title, Current Company, Social Media links and either an email or phone number.)
3. Submit a list of 10 candidates meeting the general requirements with needed information each morning.
This project will begin with a small time commitment of 5-10 hour per week, but successful candidates will have the opportunity for up to 40 hours regularly within a few months.
For this role you should have the following:
1. Proven experience identifying passive and active candidates using social media (without premium recruiting access).
2. Proven experience using advanced internet searches, add-ons and other tools to gather emails and resumes for passive candidates.
3. Interest in working as part of a team of recruiters on an on-going basis.
4. Commitment to absolute quality of work.
5. The ability to make submissions by 9:00AM EST every workday.
6. The ability to receive feedback on submissions and show marked improvement in subsequent searches.
7. Comfort using G-docs and Skype to work collaboratively with other members of the team.
