Job Overview
The Relationship Manager is responsible for understanding customer requirements, retaining customers, converting prospects into Sales, and assisting them in finding suitable partners.
Responsibilities for Relationship Manager
Ability to build & maintain relationships with clients.
Understanding the customer requirement precisely.
Helping customers find suitable profiles keeping in mind their requirements.
Delivering quality service to paid members and working closely to maintain a good rapport with them
Searching, screening, shortlisting, establishing contact, initiating meetings between members.
Managing a set portfolio of customers with robust follow up.
Converting prospects into Sales (Renewals/Referrals etc.)
Excellent English/Urdu verbal & written communication.
Fluency in the regional language, proactiveness is plus.
Punctuality & Presentation skills.
Facilitate the client and their personal issues on WhatsApp, Skype & Zoom.
Qualifications for Relationship Manager
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
A background in customer service or sales is a plus. Experience in Personalized service would be an added advantage.
Must understand customer relationship management (CRM).
Must be Computer Savvy
Attentive to detail and organized
Must be self-motivated, flexible, and able to manage several tasks at one time
Fresh Graduate in any specialization with a minimum of 6 months of experience in interfacing with the Customer.
