-Promptly and professionally respond to inquiries across all outlets such as our online store, Facebook, IG, Pinterest, phone calls, email, Amazon, Etsy, Houzz, and more.
-Process returns and product reshipments.
-Answer phone calls to assist customers promptly and professionally.
-Assist VIPs with custom orders.
-Customer service experience with CRM, phone support, and chat.
-Well versed in social media platforms.
-50 word/min typing skills.
-Experience with Zendesk & Google Drive.
-Some marketing and/or sales experience preferable.
-Punctual and responsible.
-Glass half full optimistic.
-Calm demeanor with a passion for problem solving.
-Truly loves helping others.
-Hungry for growth and optimization.
-Comfortable wearing many hats.
Everyone on our team starts in customer service. This is so you get to know the product and our clients. This is an entry level position with a fun and creative art company and will allow tons of hands on E-commerce, design, copywriting and marketing experience. We are a fully in-house decor company that designs, prints, ships, and markets everything ourselves.
