Headquartered in San Francisco, Zero builds software that allows you reply to emails by voice, sending a well-formatted, business appropriate email reply on your behalf for every message.

About the work:
Zero works with contractors who handle and respond to emails in our customer's inboxes, acting as Remote Executive Assistants. Zero software turns our highly skilled contractors into a radically-empowered email assistant.
The primary duty of the Remote Email Assistant will be to manage an inbox of emails by listening to audio recordings and transcribing them into properly formatted email replies. To aid in making this role efficient and productive, we have built multiple tools to ensure that emails are tagged correctly, kept private, provide machine-transcribed text for convenience (from Google), and require minimal manual work.
Although we are based in San Francisco, all work is done remotely. We have flexible times available and multiple positions to fill.
We are looking for people who have...
• Superb English fluency, grammar, and spelling
• Strong understanding of professional email etiquette
• Great communication skills overall
• Ability to understand the context and relationships between various people within an email thread
• Ability to write in someone else's "voice”
• Incredible attention to detail; consistently aims for perfection
• Prior experience transcribing dictated emails (this is a plus but not required)
