I am looking for freelancers with the lowest rates


I need someone to design a weekly report on what the team members are doing each week in the business. This includes the virtual, construction site and office based team.

What needs to be recoreded :

Time spent on each task.
Financial cost of this time to achieve this task.
If possible screen shots showing work done and approach used.
This is to be compared with the value of the project to the business and the expected time taken for each task.

This will include compiling an accounting summary of expenditure. Summarising costs weekly and monthly cost reports on an activity based cost system.

Software we use and you should be famililar with :

1. Odesk
3. Zoho
4. Quickbooks
5. Undecided time managment software - possibly hubstaff.  

Knowledge of those or comparable systems an advantage.

Report needs to be fully documented and easy to complete.
Procedure and method statement on how to complete the report.
I envisage a weekly report and a monthly summary.

Answer these questions
1. Who has done what ?
2. How much time have they spent on each task ?
3. How much has it cost the business ?
4. How much value have they generated for the business?
5. I should be able to see from this if individual team members are delivering results.
6. It would be useful to know - how many words did they type, how many emails did they send and how many calls did they make as a measure of activity.
