AE Hospitality, a short term furnished rental company based in LA and NYC is looking for enthusiastic guest service team members with a wicked sense of  humor, impeccable writing skills  and a problem-solving mindset to work as after hours reservations agents and customer service.

Candidates should be able to proof that have stable internet connection with at least 2Mbits, and should be able to do Voice Over IP calls using their connection.

Excellent VERBAL and written English skills is a must, as this position requires talking to guests/customers over the phone, all the time.

Guest Services Team Members should possess strong communication skills and be passionate about hospitality industry Guest Services Team Members will be the first point of contact for AE Hospitality.

What You’ll Be Doing On A Regular Basis
Support customers over phone and email between 6am-2pm or 9am-5pm , 11am-7pm PST

What We Are Looking For In You

Hotel / Corporate Housing / Hospitality Experience is Preffered
A Proven Understanding of How To Deliver Exceptional guest Service
You are a people’s person, love to meet and talk to different people from different backgrounds
A Go Getter Spirit

Must be able to type 60 wpm.
Must have excellent phone etiquette (this will be observed prior to hire).
Zendesk experience is a huge plus.
Previous reservations is a plus.
Previous sales experience is a necessity.  (Hospitality, Restaurant, Preferred).
Must be proficient with Google Apps/Docs as an office tool.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

What You’ll Get From Us
Work from Home ( a stable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace is required )
Minimum of 20 hours of work to start with.
$4-5 hour based on experience
