Working closely with program managers, project managers, developers and other designers, the User Interface Designer must be able to design user experiences that are friendly, visually appealing, and technically feasible for cross-platform applications.
The User Interface Designer must have experience understanding branding and corporate guidelines and implementing these when creating proto-types.
A Clearly communicate conceptual ideas, designs and rationale to project leads and teammates, incorporate constructive feedback, and make decisions as appropriate to reduce design debate.
Work closely and effectively with project managers, developers and others throughout the team.
Provide deliverables that project managers can present, developers can code, and testers can test.
Work effectively in a dynamic environment, adapt quickly, and make decisions with limited information.

Strong understanding of user-centred design, workflows, identity, colour, typography and layout.
Fluent in the Adobe Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and/or comparable tools with an excellent knowledge of HTML/CSS
