Our Nashville, Tennessee event production company is fastly growing and we need to hire a rockstar virtual assistant to handle social media, marketing, and other administrative tasks. Our next virtual assistant must be highly organized and have the ability to work under deadlines. You will be in direct contact with our clients so excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are a must.
Other requirements include:
Social Media Management- 1-3 years with portfolio
Wordpress website management- 2-3 years
Graphic design experience- 2-3 years. Adobe Photoshop and InDesign experience a plus.
Email marketing tools- 1-3 years. Mailchimp experience a plus.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Google products including Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, and Gmail
Excellent English writing and speaking skills
Event planning, SEO, video editing, public relations experience a plus.
US Eastern or Central time zone also a plus.
You will spend your time weekly between marketing, event management, and administrative tasks.
Marketing tasks include:
Social media management: Facebook (pages and groups), Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and blog creation
Website management: uploading blogs and photos, managing updates, updating content
Graphic design: create event flyers, social media graphics, blog graphics, sales documents, and other marketing materials as needed
Email marketing: creating 4-5 newsletters and promotional emails per month
Creating and sending event recaps to clients after each event
Administrative and event management tasks include:
Conducting marketing and venue research (locally and nationally)
Managing vendor books and spreadsheets
Creating event budgets
Send out event invitations and evites
Updating and managing CRM
Managing event spreadsheets
Returning general phone calls as needed
Managing event timelines
Contacting with clients after events for feedback and other duties
We are looking to hire very soon and will be conducting interviews immediately. This position will start with 6-8 hours a week with a fixed pay of $10 per hour. This position is long term for the right person and has the ability to grow as we do!
