Hours to be determined
Less than 1 week

I have a website which my customers use for an emergency notification system. This website is a Ruby site which is linked in with Twilio's API. The website allows you to build contacts, putting in primary/secondary phone numbers, and then schedule times when those contacts will be called. When building the calls, the user of the site is able to type in the message that the contact hears when they answer the call.

There are currently 2-3 problems with the website, and 2-3 additions that I need.

I have two copies of this website, One copy is on a development server of ours and the other copy on a live hosting server. Both of these sites can be accessed externally via SSH and FileZilla/etc for transferring files. I will generate a login/password.

I will send a list of the current problems/additions, and then allow for 5 hours of assessment of the entire site.
At that point I would like an estimate on how many hours each problem/addition will need.

Look forward to working with you!
