I have recently installed Sage Act! 2013 on one of my computers.  The program utilizes Microsoft SQL Server 2008 for the database.  SQL Server 2008 was installed on the computer during the installation of Act, but the SQL Server instance that Act! uses does not start running automatically like it's suppose to.  From my initial inspection, there may be a permission issue with the SQL Server 2008.  Here are some more details:

Operating System: MS Windows 7 Ultimate
Users: Four

There are error codes that come up in Event Viewer.  I will take screen shots and upload them before the end of the day.

I have Teamviewer installed on the computer in question, so the troubleshooter will be able to log into it.
