SaaS product support - Spanish

We are launching a new product into the Spanish (Spain) market and are looking for a product support person.

Support will be required from 9am to 5pm local time in Spain and in Spanish. While the hours are from 9am to 5pm, the support person won't be expected to work the full 8 hours each day. You will likely have ~4 hours of work per day during these times. As a result, you can balance this work with another part time role if you like.

The candidate will have some experience with cyber security products, ideally aimed at small to medium sized businesses and will also be near fluent in English to interact with our English speaking head office teams.

The candidate should have an intermediate understanding of networking and system administration along with excellent customer support skills.

You should be available from September 21st.
