• Answer phone, text and email messages in a prompt and helpful manner.
• Actively listen to clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs
• Prepare sales quotes for potential new and existing clients.
• Makes outbound calls to follow up on sales leads to assure that customer is being serviced
• Document the outcome of all communication via Google Docs
• Be effective at working simultaneously with multiple virtual staff members and clients via phone/computer to keep the flow of communication moving
• Assist with identifying/resolving client concerns.
• Perform general office tasks such as typing, data-entry and sorting photographs on Dropbox
