You will be required to learn in fine detail our RFID payment software and act as an assistant and secondart contact for clients. The job includes:
Adding new sales enquires into Salesforce.
Emailing new enquires with specific information.
Setting up new accounts in our system.
Setting up new events.
Liaising with food & beverage vendors
Submitting bugs to tech department
Liaising with customers with technical issues.
Lead generation ( internet researching )
Systems you will be using:
- Live chat
Attention to detail;
Impeccable written communication skills;
Proficient with computers and technology.
Perfect Australian / American phone voice.
If you are asked for an interview, you will be asked to complete a 15-minute task to prove your competence with technology.
You will be required to work during the Australian time zone.
