We need the help of a certified Salesforce admin to clean up our customer DB and help us to make it more effective for marketing purposes. We need help and training on the following:
- Automating assignment of new leads based on geography and vertical
- Defining roles for our SF users so they have the permissions they need to do their work and not more
- Creation of fields so that we can tag and categorize leads for easier creation of targeted marketing lists
After interviewing and selecting a candidate, we'd like to do a one hour paid consultation call to evaluate our needs and the current state of our salesforce and to set a clear scope of work and timeframe for this project. We'd then like to do 2-3 follow up calls to tackle the objectives and get trained as well.
