Build a custom object within SalesForce that does a live lookup to a Helpspot Support Ticketing System instance. Use the contact email addresses attached to a SalesForce account object to pass them to the Helpspot API to retrieve related Helpspot tickets in a list view when either viewing a Account or Contact within Salesforce. Provide a detail view into each individual ticket with all details and custom fields. Add the ability to create a Helpspot ticket from directly within SalesForce.
