My current client's site (http://tech-away.com.au/) is using a custom theme created by another developer he worked with in the past but that theme has very bad performances and functionality issues so we agreed on migrating the whole website to a new theme that's a premium theme and that comes with constant updates, being constantly maintained by the developers who created it (we are using Salient theme, as I said).
Most of the website is created already, I started the implementation of the menu already but I need a developer that is able to finalize the implementation of the top menu from this page (the menu that contains icons - http://tech-away.com.au/solutions) to the current dev site on this page (dev.mihaiapetrei.ro/techaway/solutions). As you will see on my current client's site, this menu appears only on the "/solutions" page and it's sending to sections on the same page using CSS IDs.
I also want to mention (as it's written in the title of this job post) that I have complete access to the current client site and to the dev site I'm working on, so I am able to provide the developer who will work on this with the whole theme that the current site is using, so I guess he will only have to copy pieces of code and implement them in this new dev site. I also attached to this job post the page-solutions.php page template that the solutions page from the current site is using and a screenshot of how I would want it to be implemented on the staging site "solutions" page.
I would need the menu to WORK AND LOOK THE EXACT SAME WAY (on both desktop and mobile - as you can see, the menu is optimized for mobile phones if you are visiting this page from a mobile phone - http://tech-away.com.au/solutions).
I would need this done today. I am a developer myself but I don't know how to finalize this at this moment and I really don't have the time to research it. My guess, as I said above, is that a good developer will be able to simply copy pieces of code from the old theme and implement them into this new one. Please write the word "Romania" at the beginning of your job application to make sure you read this till the end.
Thank you very much for taking your time to read this and I'm really looking forward to get this done ASAP.
Also, please let me know if you have any other questions. I would be really happy to discuss.
