Hello there! I am in search of one or two Amazon experts to assist me with a variety tasks associated with selling on Amazon. I am in the very beginning stages of selling on Amazon, I currently have one product listed and am looking to hire an assistant(s) to help me grow and handle customer service. I will break these responsibilities into two categories, if you only specialize in a few tasks, that is ok but please be specific.
We are a small company specializing in modern, chic, and utilitarian products for the home and kitchen.
I am looking for someone to establish a long term relationship with you to help grow my company. Although the workload may be small at first, as we expand and sell more product you will incur more responsibility. I am looking for someone who is very experienced with Amazon and knows the interface well.
Tasks I am looking for help with:
- Customer service
Answering asked questions, responding to email queries, managing feedback and follow up, locating past orders, refunds, ect.
- Inventory Management / FBA Shipping Inbound
Keeping tabs on inventory, re-ordering product, communicate with supplier and handle shipping logistics into Amazon, tracking shipment, ect.
- Expense Tracking / Bookkeeping
Keeping track of outgoing expenses and incoming profit
