The objective is to take that and turn it in to a How-To for our internal use. A manual or process on how to Manage a New Dealership Build from the IT perspective.Organized in steps, stages, and in order.
This is our first job of this kind, but we are hoping it works out. Moving FW we need someone we can hand a brainstorm and can turn it in to an organized document we can polish and implement company-wide.
