Seeking Virtual Assistance Expertise. We are a real estate investing business and I are looking for virtual assistance services to help us send out and manage a number of e-mails within a certain time frame to ensure that our project is delivered promptly, within scope and budget.
WORK TO BE DONE:
- Manage our CRM (Podio) to pull up emails and accounts
- Provide general internet research and reporting
-Evaluate properties based on our criteria
- Make offers on a certain number of properties per week and track them on our spreadsheet
- Prepare and send out e-mail offers to clients
- Attend meetings with staff and taking notes and present reports if needed
- Previous experience as a real estate investor administrative assistant
- Broadband Internet connection
- Knowledge in Globiflow is a plus
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate with management in written and spoken English
- Ability to spread work out over minimum 5 days per week, excluding US holidays. (tbd later)
Note: My budget is $300/per month. You will be paid $75/weekly after 200 offers have been made according to our criteria.
