We're exploring implementing a cloud customer support ticketing software to support our business goals of providing a seamless customer experience. We have been lightly using Zendesk but are open to any tool.
We are seeking something that is capable of receiving tickets from multiple mediums (phone call, email, text) from both our own employees and our customers.
