Here is the plan for the recruiter/s I am ready to hire for OMNI Network Plus. You position will be 100% based on performance and the interview (unpaid) will be a an interactive test between the applicants for this job.

You will be required to
1) send out 10 applications
2) collect 10 resumes with portfolio
3) complete this within 2 days of submitting your application and securing an interview.

I will respond to everyone and all of you can have a chance to get this position. As I said this is performance based and if you have experience in recruiting on oDesk then you can likely provide both training items within 1 day. In order to be considered for hire you must complete the steps stated above.  

The team to deliver the earliest and follow instructions wins the job. There will be more instructions for those that I select for the job.

If you are able to meet the quotas and show your skills in the unpaid training and interview portion you will be hired into this performance based position.


Immediate Goal #1
Find 10 contractors and show me their resume and portfolio.
(10 must submit resume + porfolio not one without the other)
To save time get them to upload their files to a dropbox account I will give you full access to.

Immediate Goal #2
Get each contractor to sign up for our OMNI Network JobEmails.
(10 contractors each)
I will give you a website where they can sign up for one or more field's email list.

Immediate Goal #2
Find 5 employers and offer our recruiting service to them.
(5 emails each)
I will give you a templated message to deliver that you can custom.


Its as simple as taking over someones human resources efforts on oDesk and charging them according to our recruiting costs.

You earn 80% of the price of the recruiting contracts you are able to secure.

The recruiting costs are simple and listed in the chart below.

Find one person a job. (daily quota = 1 job)

Find 10 people a job.

Find 20 people a job.

Find 100 people a job.

Find 730 people a job (2 a day)

Find 1,095 people work (3 a day)

Find 1,460 people work (4 a day)

Find 2,920 people work (8 a day)
