My new content platform (built with Wordpress) has multiple 'channels' which include livestreaming and archived videos of past streams. Some of these livestreams will allow viewers to join in on the discussion, and some will be only one way (webinar style) streams.
Each channel should have a "Live Now" icon which turns on while Livestreaming on that channel.
I am looking for someone to develop a plugin which works with the Tokbox Live Video API. It should be easy to include a shortcode or some other easy way to setup a livestream. Multiple livestreams may be happening on different pages at the same time.
A new session and token should be created for each live video.
Each livestream should have the ability to be recorded, for some of the time or part of the time. Archives should be automatically saved somewhere to prep for upload to youtube or vimeo. Auto-upload would be welcomed if possible...
Each livestream should have the ability to broadcast via RMTP to both youtube live and facebook live simultaneously.
Also accepting quotes to setup Tokbox without a custom plugin, if you know of a cheaper and easier way to set this up for regular use by a non-developer.
We have about 12 different channels on our platform which need to have the ability to livestream both pre-recorded video or direct from a camera.
Happy to answer any questions...
I am looking for a mix of experience and value
