Looking for a Technology Information Architect to finish setting up Sharepoint to be used as our Customer Relationship Management Software and perhaps be used for our Project Management Software later on. We are real estate investors that find distressed properties to purchase, remodel, and then sell. The primary use of the software is property acquisitions. The first task is we need our sales representative's also called Wholesalers (Sharepoint users) to have access to only their leads (distressed properties) and not be able to see the other sales representative's leads. We also do not want the sales representatives to see my email, tasks, etc. We want them to see only their leads and certain documents, not all of my documents. This part of the task needs to be completed by Jan 29.
It would also be beneficial if the architect is familiar with Pipedrive and can advise us if Sharepoint or Pipedrive is the better option for our needs and to keep costs down/user as we will have 12 users.
We need help customizing Sharepoint, learning it's capabilities, and use you as our help desk ongoing as we have questions. Bonus if you can talk to us on the phone and we can understand you without an accent being a barrier to communication.
Bonus if you know how to use Sharepoint to mass email and text potential homeowners that want to sell us their home. Ideally we would be able to setup automated communications to follow up with them. For example, homeowner at 123 Smith Road said they will want to sell in 12 months. We would like to setup 12 different sentences to send them one a month to stay in communication with them perhaps using Mail Chimp in coordination with Sharepoint if Sharepoint does not have this capability.
