I'm looking to hire a part-time server admin for my network of sites.
This is a network of 65 cPanel Servers on Shared Hosting plans. It is very simple work.
You only need basic cPanel and HTML skills to do this job. WHM, Root Command, and Programming Skills are NOT required.
-- Responsibilities --
-Check servers for uptime by going to a site on each server
-Message Server support to fix issues
-Move sites from broken servers to working servers. All sites are 1-page HTML sites, so moving them is very simple in cPanel
-Order new articles from writers. You will need to populate a spreadsheet, send an email, then check completed sites after several days.
-Make 301 redirects using cPanel Redirect page
-Change backlink URL and Anchor Text Keyword on existing sites by editing HTML code.
-Change Nameservers from within my Registrar (Moniker.com)

This job is paid hourly: about 2-6 hours per week, up to 15 hours per week maximum.

$6 per hour. I pay oDesk fees, so you receive exactly $6 per hour.

I will provide you with:
-A video showing how to do this job.
-A checklist for each task
Most tasks are already explained in detail. However, you will need to be able to figure out certain tasks without extra guidance. You should know how to setup websites, operate cPanel, change Nameservers, and Troubleshoot simple HTML code without asking for help.

I will be testing out a couple of candidates for this job. If you are hired I will give you a test job to complete and we can go from there.
You will be paid for every hour you work, including training.
